The founder of LMS has always looked at such companies like Wal-Mart and McDonald, not only as franchises, but also the building blocks of his company today. He has never looked at the end results of these companies but how they started from the beginning.

1989 › ESTABLISHMENT
1989

The beginning of the road

The founder, Sam A. Paiz, Sr., opened his doors as the former Lat-Tel Multi Services. The company focused on providing a variety of services to the Hispanic community in the Greater Houston area.

1991

Introducing the tax business

In 1990, Sam started his Tax Return Business, and it flourished to become something great in a matter of months. Two years later, he introduced his Communications Business.

1995

A new kind of insurance provider

As time flew, Sam established the Insurance company that we know of today by 1995—LMS Insurance Agency. Our mission was to provide the community an opportunity to choose which type of insurance policies best fit their needs at affordable prices.

1997

The real estate agent

Sam welcomed the real estate industry to his repertoire in 1997. With the accomplishments he has acquired, he had a vision of what is more to come, and what he can do to inspire the same people he served and to his employees as well.

1998

Through it all

After experiencing circumstances that would cause most companies to fail in 1998, Sam overcame all obstacles to maintaining his dream of educating the community.

1999

Embracing a new outlook

In 1999, LMS Services was born, and with all that came with it was the inspirational speeches, dedication to his clients and employees. With seminars and door to door company visits, he has made a name for himself as a person who gives advice with no charge, to better help the very companies he should be competing with, and he embraces them with open arms to encourage them to do the same as equal entrepreneurs.

2001

Taking baby steps

In 2001, Sam started an Allstate agency and in the same year, incorporated all companies into one. Four years later, he became a Real Estate Broker.

2007

An addition to the company

In 2007, Sam started construction on a new building as our company expanded.

2009

A growing business

When 2009 rolled in, the Call Center was an addition to the LMS Group which later become known as the LMS Services Call Center. This is when he started co-branding different tax software programs to meet the needs of his clients.

2012

Steps to becoming a franchiser

In a three-year time frame, he has gone national, started branch offices, and by 2012 he has become a franchiser.

Present

Continues to serve the community

Sam continues to grow his business and encourage people to change their mindsets from believing that they are the 99%. His goal is to inspire everyone to become the 1% while providing them the education and tools to reach their goals.
